Bond Street Chic is an invitation only private shopping club that sells products on behalf of the product manufacturer via www.bondstreetchic.com, therefore when you enter into a contract through this website you are entering into a contract with Bond Street Chic were you pay Bond Street Chic the purchase price and the delivery charges (all inclusive of VAT where this is payable) and Bond Street Chic Limited provides those orders to the product manufacturers who are responsible for the fulfilment, shipping, returns and customer service around your product purchase. Bond Street Chic accepts no responsibility for state and quality of the product or for arranging the delivery of the products all in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Registration
On sections of this website we may require you to register and provide certain information about yourself and where you do this you agree to: a;provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant registration form (such information being the "Registration Data");b;ensure that you and your household do not secure more than one account; and c;maintain and promptly update the Registration Data (by updating it on the website in the ‘your account’ section to keep it accurate,  true, current and complete.

Submission of data
Where information (including sensitive financial or personal information) is provided to Bond Street Chic (whether directly through the website or otherwise) you accept that these methods of communication cannot be 100% secure. The purpose of this website is to enable users such as yourself to have a good quality source of products and information that you can make full use of for your own private benefit. However, we also need to ensure that this website is not abused or unfairly exploited, which is why we have to impose certain conditions on your use of it.

Every delivery will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures that are offered by the individual manufacturer.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall restrict or exclude any liability that we have to any party which cannot be excluded by law and in particular, and notwithstanding any term of these Terms & Conditions, our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence shall not be limited or excluded in any way. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes or matters ensuing hereafter.

There is no limit on the number of people that you can invite to join the website.

Without prejudice to other terms and conditions applicable to your membership of the website, if Bond Street Chic suspects that you have breached or intend to breach any of these terms and conditions or that you are otherwise using or have used your membership of the website in a way that Bond Street Chic deems to be inappropriate, Bond Street Chic may take any steps that it believes appropriate in relation to your membership of the website in order to prevent such actions.

Availability, prices and information
Information on this website is providing by the product manufacturer and we are unable to check its accuracy or completeness. All sizes shown are those originally specified by the manufacturer/supplier of the items and shown on the items, where displayed. Where applicable, equivalent UK standard sizes are shown via the website’s sizing guide. We try to ensure that the product colour is as accurate as possible, but the colours shown may vary depending upon the setting of your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour shown will accurately reflect the colour upon delivery. You are advised to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it. Bond Street Chic does not promise that products advertised on the website are necessarily available, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability.

The price of the products shall be the price listed on the website on the date of your order inclusive of any applicable UK VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which are payable by you. All prices on the website are in UK pounds sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges, except where discounts are offered on the website.

Due to the inherent nature of the Internet, errors, interruptions and delays may occur in the service at any time. Accordingly, this website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, and we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the information or interruption in availability.

Customs
Where the delivery of products is abroad, you agree that the product manufacturer will act on your behalf to export the products and will complete the relevant export formalities in your own name.

Where the delivery of products is abroad, the recipient of those products will be the importer of the products. As such it is your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with the relevant national, state, or federal import laws and regulations and that there are not any local law or jurisdictional restrictions that may affect the delivery of your products to their intended destination. As the importer of the products, the recipient is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products. To the extent that it is payable, the recipient will be required to pay any tax, levy or other charge (including any import duty and customs entry charge) that may be imposed as a result of any national, state, or federal import law or requirements in the country where the products are being delivered.

Cancellation and returns
Where products are delivered to you in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the products. Where products are delivered to a destination in Europe (including the Republic of Ireland), you may cancel your order within 21 working days of receipt of the products. For all deliveries, this is with the exception of certain items "which by their nature cannot be returned".

All cancellations and returns are made directly with the product manufacturer. This does not affect your rights to claim for defective or faulty goods or workmanship under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) or the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.

Limitation of liability
Bond Street Chic liability to you is limited to refunding the price of the products. Bond Street Chic is not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular is not liable to you for any financial loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue or any indirect or consequential loss that you may incur as a consequence of its failure to comply with these terms and conditions of sale. Bond Street Chic is also not liable to you for any loss or damage that has been caused as a result of you or the recipient not taking, accepting or rearranging delivery of the products within a reasonable amount of time. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in these terms and conditions shall serve to exclude or limit Bond Street Chic liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by Bond Street Chic negligence or the negligence of its officers or employees.

Overseas customers
As Bond Street Chic is a United Kingdom company, all prices on the website and set out on any order for products are in UK pounds sterling. If you are placing an order from outside of the UK your card issuer may convert the charge into your local currency from the price displayed. The website and these terms and conditions have been designed to be in accordance with UK law. Whilst Bond Street Chic may, at its discretion, consider orders from outside the UK, Bond Street Chic gives no warranty, express or implied, that the website or the placing of any order through the website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any sales or services not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. Furthermore, Bond Street Chic reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion from overseas customers and it will have no obligation to provide you with any reasons for refusing an order.
